Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new store in Smithfield, NC and seeks Leaders in Training and Floor Leaders to deliver exceptional guest service and leadership. You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations, recruit teammates, and coach others to meet Buckle standards.

As a part-time Leader, you will support sales floor operations, transactions, fittings and guest experiences while upholding Buckle’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted; willingness to learn Buckle standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise selection.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual standards and zone ownership across the store.
• Support operations including schedules, POS procedures and loss prevention.
• Lead by example with strong customer service and teamwork.
