Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and oversee sales, merchandising, and operations.

This role works directly with the Store Manager to cultivate recruiting, leadership development, and guest service excellence in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities include customer service leadership, training teammates, visual merchandising, and ensuring store standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred; or 1–3 months retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service and achieve personal sales goals while maintaining Buckle's SPG standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates and assist Store Manager with coaching.
• Manage visual merchandising and maintain store standards and product placement.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, loss prevention and day-to-day procedures.
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager and travel to other stores as needed.
