The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand-new store in Smithfield, NC and hiring for Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles. You will engage guests with legendary service, help select merchandise, and perform store leadership duties in collaboration with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will train Teammates, recruit staff, and ensure strong merchandising, sales presentation, and daily operations to create an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with strong customer service and showmanship.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment and training of Teammates.
• Maintain visual standards and store operations to support Buckle’s mission.
