The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in a fast-paced retail environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to develop sales, leadership and recruiting skills, while performing merchandising, cashiering and daily store operations to support guest satisfaction.

You will also help train teammates and may serve as Store Manager in their absence, with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience and strong team leadership.
