This role engages in sales, merchandising and store operations, and partners with the Store Manager to develop leadership, recruit and train teammates, and prepare to assume Store Manager responsibilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 months retail experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, locate, and help obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Build client relationships and develop a repeat customer base.
• Lead or participate in training Teammates and model leadership behavior.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain visual displays and ensure store standards and organization.
• Complete register procedures, balance cash, and handle returns/exchanges.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
