Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager to build leadership skills, recruit and train teammates, and prepare to step into a Store Manager role in the future.

You will participate in a comprehensive trainee program, gain experience across guest service, visual merchandising, and supervisory responsibilities, and contribute to a high-energy team in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service; assist with merchandising, cashiering, and store operations.
• Recruit, train and develop teammates; assist Store Manager with coaching and interviewing.
• Develop visual displays and maintain store standards; manage product categories and promotions.
• Support operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, loss prevention and guest relations.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; retail experience 1-3 months
