Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support sales, merchandising and daily operations in a Buckle store. You will work with the Store Manager to develop leadership and recruiting skills and to assume store leadership in their absence.

The role emphasizes guest service, team development, and hands-on experience across sales, merchandising and loss prevention while preparing you for advancement to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader in customer service and selling to meet Buckle targets.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching Teammates, and leading the team.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention per policy.
• Prepare to become Store Manager by overseeing onboarding and store leadership.
