Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to learn store leadership by working with the Store Manager on sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will help recruit, train and motivate Teammates while preparing to become a Store Manager in due course.

The role emphasizes customer service, leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, and development through the Buckle Training Program. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience in coaching and training teammates is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and guest service initiatives.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and interviews.
• Train and motivate Teammates; lead in absence of Store Manager.
• Oversee merchandising, displays and store operations daily.
• Support loss prevention and maintain store standards.
