Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. This role collaborates with the Store Manager to develop sales, leadership, and recruiting skills, and to train Teammates in merchandising, operations, and service standards.

The position involves leading by example, delivering legendary guest service, and preparing to assume Store Manager responsibilities in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Lead and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
