Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to work on-site in a Buckle store, developing leadership skills while performing sales, merchandising and daily store operations. You will train with the Store Manager to grow toward Store Manager responsibilities and lead Teammates in delivering exceptional service.

The program emphasizes coaching, recruiting, visual displays, and adherence to Buckle policies, with opportunities to travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred; OR 1–3 months related retail experience/training; OR equivalent education/experience.
• No visa sponsorship is available

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service, assisting with merchandise and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and motivate Teammates; interview and set up onboarding with Store Manager.
• Lead operations including opening/closing procedures, balance registers, and loss prevention.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and travel to cover other stores as needed.
• Maintain store standards, maximize sales, and ensure a clean, shoppable environment.
