The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and drive guest satisfaction. You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, merchandising and operational skills, with the goal of moving into a Store Manager role.

You will mentor Teammates, share leadership responsibilities in the Manager's absence, and participate in a structured trainee program across various store functions. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to recruit, train and motivate teammates.
• Willingness to travel to other Buckle stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster guest-focused service and achieve sales goals.
