Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Management Trainee to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest service, merchandising, and daily store operations. You will work closely with leadership to learn sales techniques, inventory control, and team supervision while preparing to advance to a Store Manager role.

This program emphasizes coaching teammates, recruiting, and leading by example. You should be flexible, customer-focused, and able to travel within the district as needed; relocation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred.
One to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
Develop sales, merchandising and operational skills with guidance from store management.
Assist Store Manager with recruiting, coaching and developing Teammates.
Act as Store Manager in their absence and lead the team on daily operations.
Travel to cover other stores within the district as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

1-3 months related retail experience
