Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support sales, merchandising and store operations as a path to Store Manager. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to develop leadership, recruiting and sales skills while training Teammates and ensuring excellent guest service.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, involvement in opening/closing procedures, and adherence to Buckle policies. A related retail background or degree is preferred to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field is preferred; or 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional customer service to create a legendary guest experience.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates per Buckle policies.
• Recruit for the store and participate in interviews with the Store Manager.
• Help manage product categories and visual displays per Buckle guidelines.
• Operate with integrity and uphold Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
