Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership, sales, and merchandising skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive guest service and store performance while growing your ability to recruit, train, and lead teammates. This role focuses on building skills in operations, visual merchandising, and team leadership, with a pathway to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in a relevant field.
• Alternatively, one to three months of related retail experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling teammates in accordance with Buckle policies.
• Actively recruit for the store and participate in interviewing with Store Manager.
