Buckle in Reno, NV is seeking a Management Trainee to learn every facet of running a Buckle store, from sales to merchandising and daily operations.

You will train with the Store Manager, recruit and develop Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed, building leadership and guest service skills.

This program emphasizes customer-first service, teamwork, and a path to store management across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Lead and train Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and assist in recruiting.
• Maintain store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory.
