The Buckle, Inc. in Sparks, NV is seeking a Management Trainee to learn all aspects of store leadership, including sales, merchandising, and operations.

This role will develop customer service and product knowledge while supporting daily store activities. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills, recruit and train teammates, and prepare to assume Store Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service.
• Assist in sales, merchandising, and store operations to meet Buckle standards.
• Participate in a comprehensive Management Trainee Program with weekly topics.
