Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership skills while supporting store operations, sales, and merchandising.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to mentor Teammates, perform training, and prepare to assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. Responsibilities include driving guest service, executing visual merchandising, and aiding in recruiting and coaching.
