Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership, drive sales, and develop teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn recruitment, training, and leadership skills while handling merchandising, guest service, and daily operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (retail experience a plus) and demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, and teamwork capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership to teammates and manage daily store operations.
• Recruit, train and develop store teammates.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product displays according to Buckle guidelines.
• Provide excellent guest service and drive sales performance.
• Assist Store Manager and act in their absence when required.
