The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) at CVS Health is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program runs for 16 weeks and blends virtual and hands-on training to build your leadership capabilities.

You will work with a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow skills in communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory management while you support store operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A four-year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
