The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program at CVS Health is a development-focused path designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. It spans 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach to develop leadership and retail skills toward promotion in your market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required to start.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
