Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive the best possible guest experience at our Tupelo, MS store. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and lead Teammates, while learning store operations, merchandising, and performance goals.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities. You will be involved in sales generation, product education, and maintaining outstanding guest service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and training Teammates; serve as acting Store Manager in their absence.
• Deliver legendary guest service and maintain Buckle sales performance.
• Support sales generation, merchandising, and store operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; mentor others to follow Leadership playbook.
• Assist with inventory management, displays, and loss prevention practices.

Education
