Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Meridian, MS is seeking an Assistant Manager (AIT progression) to lead sales, merchandising, and store operations with the Store Manager and Leadership Team. You will recruit teammates, train staff, and drive guest service excellence to build a premier shopping experience.

You will also share responsibility for training Teammates, act as Store Manager in their absence, and uphold Buckle’s standards across all duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Generation and Guest Service to meet store goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates for peak performance.
• Maintain Visual Merchandise standards and store operations.
• Administer store policies, procedures, POS, and loss prevention.
