The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Mobile, AL. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding guest experience while leading sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing Teammates, coaching performance, and stepping in for the Store Manager as needed to drive store goals and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service across the store with leadership.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates and lead in the Manager's absence.

• Manage store operations, schedules, and loss prevention practices.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance guidance to the team.
