The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the best shopping experience for guests. The role involves leading sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and collaborating with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and recruit teammates.

The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level duties. You’ll share responsibility for training, motivating Teammates, and may serve as Store Manager in their absence.
