Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, training, and leadership responsibilities, and you may serve as Store Manager in their absence. The role involves recruiting Teammates, coaching performance, and ensuring excellent customer service across all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience/training; or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teammates and work with store management.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.
