Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support store leadership, drive sales, and develop Teammates. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate staff, while ensuring excellent guest service and strong product knowledge.

You will share responsibility for training and coaching, and act as Store Manager in their absence. This role evolves from AIT to a full Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities.
