Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, presenting products, and maintaining excellent guest service while upholding Buckle’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Maintain store appearance and follow POS procedures.
