Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role blends sales, merchandising, and operations to train Teammates and grow sales.

You will greet Guests, demonstrate products, supervise daily tasks, and help recruit and develop staff while upholding Buckle's standards. Availability for flexible shifts is required in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of retail experience.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and building outfits.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service.
• Maintain store standards and assist in recruiting/training Teammates.
• Support leadership in daily operations and task completion.
