Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and guest experience across the store. Responsibilities include greeting guests, demonstrating products, leading by example, and recruiting/mentoring teammates to uphold Buckle's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with product questions, locate merchandise, and demonstrate products.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in all areas (front floor, fitting rooms, register).
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, exchange policies, and store operations.
