Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for guests in our store. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under the guidance of the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, sharing product knowledge, leading by example, recruiting and developing Teammates, and maintaining visual standards and store policies to protect loss prevention.
