Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Nebraska seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to fulfill the mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and operations, while recruiting and developing Teammates. You will lead by example with top-notch customer service, assist in product demonstrations, and maintain visual standards and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service, assist with merchandise needs and provide a superior shopping experience.
• Lead in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates to meet Buckle standards and sales goals.
• Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards and zone ownership across the sales floor.
• Support daily store operations, POS procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to ensure a clean, organized store.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and coach teammates to achieve performance goals.

Education
