Job summary

Buckle is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader. This role collaborates with store management to drive sales, merchandise, and operations while leading and developing Teammates.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and modeling excellent customer service across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap. The position emphasizes showmanship, strong product knowledge, and adherence to store policies and standards, with growth opportunities within Buckle’s leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and returns.
