Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, collaborate with store management to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership.

Responsibilities include customer service, product knowledge, training, and enforcing policies while maintaining visual standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Recruit and train Teammates, motivate daily tasks and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and POS procedures.
