Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team. The role involves a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks including cashiering, display pulls, register procedures, and facility cleaning.

You will help recruit new Teammates and provide leadership across the store. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong guest service, product knowledge, and a commitment to Buckle’s standards.
