Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive guest service, merchandising and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new teammates and provide strong leadership across the floor.

Expect responsibilities including cash handling, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards while achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional Guest experience.
