Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, training, and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop Teammates while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include leading by example in service, product knowledge, visual standards, and daily operations, with opportunities for growth into higher leadership roles within Buckle's store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and deliver legendary guest service across the store.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Manage visual merchandising and weekly checklists to maintain displays.
• Operate and follow POS procedures; support loss prevention practices.
• Provide leadership when Store Manager or Leaders are not present; mentor teammates.
