Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, lead by example, and recruit and train Teammates. You will partner with store management to deliver excellent customer service, merchandise execution, and operations support throughout the store.

You will develop new teammates, maintain a high standard of presentation, and contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets while upholding Buckle’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service and sales performance.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates for store goals.
• Oversee merchandising, operations and POS procedures to ensure store standards.
• Maintain store appearance and guest experience across all areas (front, floor, fitting rooms, register).
• Support management in achieving sales targets and store initiatives.
