Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in El Paso, TX to support sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership, recruiting and sales skills and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

Essential duties include directing Teammates, delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining standards, and collaboratively supporting daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Develop leadership skills and prepare to advance to Store Manager.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a clean, shoppable environment.
