Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in El Paso, TX to support sales, merchandising and daily store operations while building leadership skills intended to advance to Store Manager. This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork and development of Teammates.

You will work with store leadership to enhance sales performance, participate in training, and gain exposure to district-level leadership as you progress through the program.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising and store operations under supervision.
• Develop leadership skills and coach Teammates as needed.
• Support Store Manager and act in their absence when required.
• Coordinate onboarding, interviews and recruitment activities as directed.
