Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support our team at Brandon store. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, mentor teammates, and maintain outstanding guest service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will participate in training progression from AIT to Assistant Manager, leading by example and ensuring store standards, training new teammates, and coordinating with management for guest-focused results.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to coach and motivate teammates.
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team with daily operations.
• Lead by example in sales, service, and presentation standards.
• Recruit and train new teammates; schedule and supervise shifts.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.
