Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in training to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising and daily operations, including coaching Teammates and handling responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. As an AIT and Assistant Manager, you will recruit and train new Teammates, drive guest service standards and showmanship, and lead by example in product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team in developing sales, recruiting new Teammates and providing leadership.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies and security practices.

Education
