Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering the Buckle guest experience. You will engage guests, supervise daily operations, and model selling, merchandising, and training of teammates.

This role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with expanded responsibilities, including recruiting, coaching, and leading the team, while maintaining high standards in service, loss prevention and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills and ability to train teammates.
• Ability to manage store operations and guest service standards.
