Job summary

Target Stores Executive Internship is a paid 40 hr/week hands-on program designed to develop and prepare you for the Store Leadership role (Assistant Store Manager). You will lead among the team, identify shop priorities, and deliver great guest service while gaining valuable leadership experience.

The internship offers mentorship, exposure to multiple store areas, and development conversations to help you grow into a Target leader with a strong guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong teamwork and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the store sales floor and backroom leading team members.
• Leading/presenting at daily huddles with leadership team.
• Planning daily goals and guiding the team to achieve goals.
