Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship that provides paid hands-on training for store leadership. The program runs full-time at 40 hours per week and aims to prepare you for the role of Assistant Store Manager through mentoring and real-store experience.

You will spend time on the sales floor and backroom leading the team, while learning to drive guest service, merchandising, and daily operations under guidance from a mentor and leaders across the building.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor and backroom to lead the team.
• Work with ETL mentor and leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities and drive guest service.
