Target is offering a Stores Executive Intern role in-store, a paid leadership internship designed to prepare you for the Executive Team Leader role. You will work closely with a mentor and other leaders to learn daily operations, guest engagement, and team management.

You will participate in training activities, lead priority-setting sessions, and gain hands-on experience in merchandising, operations, and guest service. This program emphasizes growth and leadership accountability.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest service mindset.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily priorities.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members and aligning priorities.
• Lead daily priorities (stocking shelves, safe environment, displays) with the ETL mentor.
• Present at daily huddles and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Help drive guest experience and support achievement of sales goals.
