Job summary

Target’s Stores Executive Internship offers a paid, 40 hr/week hands-on training program to develop and prepare you for store leadership. You will lead teams, learn store priorities, and deliver great guest service while transitioning toward an Executive Team Leader role over the internship period.

This internship emphasizes mentoring, daily operational leadership, and strongguest experience with opportunities to grow into a leadership position within Target stores.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
