Job summary

Target’s Stores Executive Internship is a paid, 40 hr/week program designed to prepare you for the Stores Executive Leader role. You will gain hands-on experience by leading teams, delivering guest service, and learning daily operations under an ETL mentor.

You’ll develop skills in guest engagement, merchandising, and team leadership, with mentorship and developmental conversations, while supporting store priorities and achieving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous retail internship or leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong interest in retail management and guest experience.
• Able to lead teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store priorities with your team on the sales floor.
• Partner with ETL mentor to understand leadership roles.
• Lead daily operations to drive guest service and sales.
• Plan goals and communicate results with leadership.
• Recruit and develop hourly team members.
