Job summary

Target's Stores Executive Internship is a paid, 40 hr/week hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the Stores Executive Leader role (Assistant Store Manager) over a defined period. You will work closely with managers to learn the business and lead teams to deliver guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead store salesfloor and backroom to align daily priorities.
• Work with ETL mentor and leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities (stocking shelves, safe and welcoming environment).
• Provide performance feedback to team members and support development.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve guest concerns.
• Plan daily goals and organize plans within the building.
• Participate in internship program training activities.
