Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-first service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Understanding of retail operations and store priorities.
• Ability to lead a team, plan workloads, and support sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor and backroom leading team members on daily priorities.
• Work with mentors to understand leadership roles and store operations.
• Lead during daily priorities, stock shelves, and ensure a safe, inviting environment.
• Provide performance feedback and coach team members to improve service.
• Set and communicate daily goals, track results, and help achieve store priorities.
