Job summary

Target offers a Stores Executive Intern program with paid, hands-on leadership experience in a real store. The 40-hour work week internship provides exposure to operations, guest service, merchandising, and team leadership under a mentor.

You will lead daily priorities, participate in management huddles, and learn to drive guest satisfaction while developing business acumen for a pathway to store leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn store operations and leadership skills.
• Strong guest-service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on daily priorities and guest experience.
• Work with ETL mentor to understand leadership roles.
• Plan goals and lead daily huddles with peers.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising and store presentation.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to meet goals.
